One week left for Early Bird Tickets! Join us in Philadelphia during this historic year for America!

ICS 2026 International Churchill Conference – Churchill & America during America’s 250th!

The International Churchill Society is honored to announce that General James Mattis, U.S. Marine Corps, Retired, will serve as the keynote speaker for the black-tie gala dinner at the 2026 International Churchill Conference in Philadelphia.

General Mattis will appear in conversation with David M. Rubenstein, noted philanthropist, author, and civic leader. Together, they will offer a timely and compelling discussion on leadership, history, national service, and the enduring relevance of Winston Churchill’s example in a world facing uncertainty and change.

A former U.S. Secretary of Defense and one of the most respected military leaders of his generation, General Mattis brings a lifetime of experience in strategic leadership, alliance-building, and decision-making under pressure. His participation will be a highlight of this year’s conference, which explores the theme Churchill & America during the nation’s 250th anniversary year.

The gala dinner will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, as the closing evening of the International Churchill Conference (October 15-17). This black-tie event will bring together members, supporters, scholars, leaders, and friends of the International Churchill Society for an unforgettable evening celebrating Churchill’s legacy and its continuing lessons for American and global leadership.
